Villa Nestor is a brand new 3 bedroom villa situated in the South side of the island of Mykonos, between the beaches of Kalafatis (where you can experience every kind of water sports) the cosmopolitan Kalo Livadi. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and it is perfect for small families or groups. It is immersed amid a variety of colorful flowers and unusual cacti plants. The villa has got a fantastic swimming pool from where you can enjoy of wonderful views. The pool area is well equipped, with sun beds, chairs, umbrellas and a deck made of teak. It is located in front of the villa and it is well sheltered from the wind (as well as the lounge area that surrounds it). In front of the pool area, just few steps away, there is a shaded veranda with a comfortable outdoor sitting corner and a dining table suitable for private reunions with your family members or friends. The inside spaces consist of: an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), sitting and dining areas which are decorated in a minimal but elegant style. The inside space of this property is composed by: an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (provided with all modern appliances); sitting and dining elegant and comfortable areas designed with a minimal style and white upholstery. This same style distinguishes all the bedrooms as well and they are divided as follows: On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom (whit en-suite bathroom), while the other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, where there is also one full bathroom. A further guest bathroom is on the ground floor instead. In short, Villa Nestor is the perfect solution for small families or small groups of friends, that look for a place where to relax away from the noise and confusion of a cosmopolitan island as Mykonos, but having, at the same time, easy access to all that it has to offer in a very short drive. Many good restaurants, beach bars and some of the best beaches are really at hand, just few minutes far from the property, that is for this reason the right choice for a wonderful holiday. This wonderful island is famous for its striking whitewashed houses, colorful windows, flowered balconies and narrow streets. Of course there are beaches, bars, restaurants, and all that is needed to meet the needs of millions of visitors. In periods of low season when the island is not overcrowded, it shows its most authentic face, giving guests the opportunity to explore enchanting landscapes and rare beauty scenery. Position: Facing South-East with views over to Kalafatis beach Mykonos Town 9 km BEACH: Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis 1 km, Elia 2 km, Lia 2 km AIRPORT: Mykonos (JMK) 9 km SHOP: 2 km ANO MERA: 1 km The minimum stay required is of 5 days and the arrival/departure dates are flexible except during the months of June-July-August when the minimum stay is of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday). The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m. A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. However in case of booking cancellations over the deadline, the amount lost can be reused for new bookings on other dates (even the following year) subject to availability and possible change of prices. A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
