This is a owner occupied house so please respect the property. Keep driveway gate locked, be mindful of others. Self check in. Please initially contact through Airbnb Very central to major highways and downtown Springfield but on a secure 1/2 acre lot. Central to bus routes, Uber and Lift Drivers. Trai n station is roughly 1.5 miles away. There may be guests on the above loft and home owner on floor one. No parties please. This is a relaxation space that you will enjoy. Absolutely NO candle or burning of any kind indoors. Cleaning fee is minimal to cover supplies. Please pick up and leave it as found or additional charges will be applied. If keys are lost or misplaced a replacement fee will be charged due to the cost of re-keying all locks. Please be mindful. Thank you.
