Hello skiers! Enjoy spring skiing with our reduced rates for Spring Break! Red Mountain, Phoenix, & Mt Baldy all await you! We are located in quiet residential area on east side of lake, walking distance to local beach, coffee/ice cream shops. Locally we have AG grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, medical clinic, marina and several boat launch areas. Golf courses short drive away. This property is perfect for a couple's Getaway! Biking, Triathalon training, hiking, kayaking, swimming... Bright clean space with skylights, pot lamps, books and magazines on a quiet property with many cedars and garden areas for you to enjoy. There is no cooking in suite, but you can make breakfast, take a picnic lunch to the beach and dine out for dinner, or bring take-out back. You will have a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dish ware and cutlery. You will have AC, ROKU TV with netflix, wifi, reading chair and table & chairs for eating or office needs. You will have a private garden area and are welcome everywhere! You are welcome to enjoy all our property! We are strictly non- smoking. You have your own barBQ and garden area for dining outside. Parking on site, but large boat trailers can not be accommodated here. Contact marinas. We ask all our guests in advance to confirm to us they have had both vaccines. We are following AirBnB cleaning protocols and want everyone safe! Thank you. We enjoy meeting our guests from all backgrounds, and are available to you 24/7 by cell. When able, we invite our guests to sip wine and chat about travels all over! We will respect your privacy ( yes, even those just married have survived with us in the past!) Let us help you plan a fun getaway! Waterfront homes ( gated) are across from us. Public beach access is a 5 min walk down Massie Road. You can walk the quiet neighbourhood, or ride your bikes up to the Trans Canada Trail. Hummingbirds like this area, and we have had wildlife in our own backyard, crossing to forested areas surrounding us. Parking in our driveway. No public transport in this area. Bicycles can be rented locally. Laura paints in the gazebo and welcomes you in anytime. If you want to have your dinner in the screened in gazebo, let us know and we can set up your table with electric lighting or candles into the night.
