We've set up a smart self check-in system so guests can come and go as they please. Approx an hour away from San Francisco and Yosemite. Tracy is on the way to Lake Tahoe & Sacramento. You'll have your private entry and attached bath all to yourself. - With smart lock and keyless self-checkin using your smart phone there is no contact with the host - If the guest need early check in, please ask us if it's possible at an extra charge. Guests will have access to the private master suite only. The rest of the house will be closed off. The entrance to this suite has a state-of-the-art smart lock. Guests will be able to self check-in and out, and access to the entrance without the need for any physical key. Hassle free! A high tech, intuitive, digital “key chain” on their app (check-in instructions will guide you through the steps to download August Home app) will allow them smooth, discrete access to their suite no matter the time of the day/night. The neighbors are nice and the area is safe! The place is minutes from interstates ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) and stone’s throw from market areas and public transportation/ACE Train! 6 minute drive to ACE train station, close to highway 580/205. Nearby cities: Livermore, Manteca, Stockton, Lathrop, Discovery Bay, Pleasanton, Concord. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the room. Smoking can lead up to $500 fine.
