Private bedroom and bathroom in a modern house

You will live in a newly built villa with modern Swedish design. There is a lot of daylight indoors that comes in through large windows. Your private room is 14 m2 large and has a king size double bed (width 180 cm) for up to 2 people and 1 child. Your private bathroom is adjacent to your room. Other spaces are shared. Quiet neighbourhood, close to Stockholm and Södertälje city. We would be pleased to welcome you as a guest in our lovely house! Our villa is 155m2 large and has double garage attached to the house. In the center of the house there is a large living area with open kitchen and very high ceilings. In living area you will find 150 inch big screen with high quality Hi-Fi audio system - perfect for movie lovers! In the fully equipped kitchen you will find dishwasher, two ovens and espresso machine. On the right hand side from the entrance you will find laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and baby changing facilities. Also on the right side from the living room you will find your private room and private bathroom with shower and access (costs 150 SEK for one session) to the sauna. There is a terrace outside with the access from the living room. On the terrace there is a big gas grill, hammock, outdoor furniture with chairs and table. The sun is there all day! From your bedroom and living room you have a view of the garden and the forest. The left-wing area of the house, behind the sliding doors, is private with no access. In your private room there are Flat-screen TV, dresser, king size bed, mirror and clothes hanger. TV has no channels but is connected with Android mini PC, which allows to access (Hidden by Airbnb) Play store, Youtube, Netflix and many other things. Free wireless internet access. No shoes inside and no pets. Absolutely no smoking indoors. You can smoke only outside the entrance door. Silence after (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Free parking outside the house. You can use the sauna for a cost of 150 SEK for one session. Feel free to use appliances in kitchen, living room, laundry room and gas grill on the terrace. Rooms behind sliding door are private. A travel crib can be set up for a baby. If you want I can drive you or take you from the Airports/Stockholm area for a cost. I am always available during your stay, you can text me at anytime, and I will be at service if you have any questions about your stay, or Södertälje/Stockholm in general. We live in the house and you can have as much or as little contact as you prefer. Quiet and pleasant surroundings with private houses. Adjacent to the forest. Close to the lake, about 6 min walk and is it good fishing place (fishing license is needed, cost 50 SEK for 24h or 100 SEK for one week). Bring your own fishing equipment! We'll help you to buy a license if needed. You can walk to the horses farm and back, close to the forest and nice views. Round trip takes about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min. Lövnäsbadet (bathing area in the summer) is 7 km away. In Södertälje you will find many restaurants and shops. Most popular attractions in Södertälje are Torekällbergets Musuem and Tom Tits Experiment. Ask for recommendations. Only on weekdays you can travel between my area and Södertälje center by buses (nr. 789). Södertälje city is 7 km away and with the car to the Södertälje center takes about 12 min. From there you can take a commuter train to Stockholm center which takes 45 min. Ticket price is 44 SEK/person and valid for 75 min for buses, metro and commuter trains. Stockholm downtown by car is 40 km and about 40 min away. Distance to Stockholm Airports: Arlanda - 83 km; Bromma - 47 km; Skavsta - 73 km.
