Cozy 2 BR near Tumon Bay- walk to the beach

Hafa Adai! Stay in a cute and central condo with two bedrooms to house you and friends or family! Located close to the beautiful Tumon Bay, you will be within short walking distance of the beach, shopping, and the best restaurants the area has to offer. I provide the necessities along with some complimentary items. The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and stairs nearby. - Washer and dryer in unit *Please note: drying time varies and may take longer than standard units. Laundry room is one floor up and is usually quicker. - Beach towels - Mostly everything you need to cook a meal and save money You have access to the pool and laundry rooms. Any questions will be met with a quick response. Tumon Bay is right down the hill from the apartment. You can walk or you can drive to Ypao beach where there is free parking. 10 minute walk to MICRONESIA MALL 8 minute walk to TUMON/JP superstore/DFS Galleria /Little Pika’s/ McDonald’s/ TGIF 10 minute drive to airport 5 minute drive to KMART 15 minute drive to Guam Premier Outlets GPO 20-25minute drive to Agana shopping center 30 minute drive to Asan park 30-40 minute drive to southern part of the island. Try to avoid driving between 4:30-6pm on weekdays. Heavy traffic. All the premium shopping spots in Tumon are a short drive from the condo. There is also a grocery store located at Micronesia mall. If you decide to rent a car later during your stay there is an app called Stroll Guam (like uber) that is less expensive than a taxi. There is a designated parking stall if you decide to rent a car. If you plan on exploring the southern part of the island, a car is a must.
