The detached two room flat consist of a living room with a fireplace, a table for two people, TV hd sat. and a sofa. An equipped kitchen with gas stove, sink, microwave oven, toaster, moka pot, kettle and fridge. The bedroom has a big comfortable and orthopedic double bed(160m x 200m), air-conditioner, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, bidet, WC and a little chest of drawers. The house is equipped with mosquito nets. It has a communal entrance, its own veranda and garden, an outdoor laundry room and a patio with a beautifully crafted barbecue. The veranda has a table for four people and a relaxing corner with two sun beds and a little table to rest and read a book or simply drink a fresh lemonade. In the garden you can enjoy your time with two lovely hammocks. In the laundry room there is a clothes line and a washing place available for the guests to use it. The barbecue area is provided with a table for four persons, a hand crafted stone barbecue and two worktops. We speak three languages, Italian, Spanish and English and we are in the same propierty, so we will be there for what you need and we will try our best to make you feel at your own home. As a welcome gift, we'll be glad to offer you some typical Sardinian products and beverages. The house is nestled in a private garden and set in the scenic village of San Pantaleo, well known for the beauty of its mountains, a short drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and less than a 30 minutes drive from the harbor and the airport of Olbia. It is a quiet village, coming alive during the summer nights, filled with cultural and gastronomic events. Worth visiting the famous craft and farmers market every Thursday morning. The house is only three minutes walking from the village centre. In the village you can find many amenities: petrol station, post office, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, mini market, pharmacy, patisserie, ice cream parlour, shops, launderette, cash point and a emergency medical Service.
