Cozy Cottage in the Country!

After parking in a separate driveway, you can walk to the back of the property to discover a very private and cozy cottage guesthouse complete with a full size bed, cable TV, efficiency kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The cottage is decorated with a pine cone theme of stencils, rustic pictures and a quilt on the bed and is completely separate from the main house. Totally serene and peaceful, this quaint guesthouse provides a quiet and enjoyable getaway for your weekend vacation! Our cottage is a 400 square foot one-room efficiency guest house that is private, scenic and rustic with pine cone decor, stenciling and wallpaper. Guests can use the guesthouse and the second driveway. A fire pit is also part of the guesthouse patio and is available for guest use. The pool is not available. Guests will have total privacy with no interference from the owners, however, concerns or questions can be texted to the owner who is located on the same property a short distance away. The cabin is less than one mile from the quaint little village of East Aurora where you will find many fine restaurants, a historic theater, the famous 5 and 10 cent Vidlers store and many trails and parks for hiking. It is also located only 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge Ski Resort or 40 minutes from the town of Ellicottville and its ski resort. A car is recommended for getting around however, the village is only a mile away and can be easily walked on a nice day. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
