Historic Pear Tree Unit

Historic Pear Tree Unit is on our farm and welcomes all travellers who want to relax in a rural environment but only 8kms from Raglan. This is a self contained unit with parking at the door. Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The unit is neat as a pin, has a smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. Lovely kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, bread, 3 types of cereals, butter, jam and vegemite ; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan and bench top oven The unit is attached to the house via our walk thru laundry so it’s very soundproof and private. We live in the main house with our teenage son Logan and our two dogs... Bella (the black dog) and Billie (the cute little dog) Dogs and son are all very friendly and feel free to interact wth them 😂 Of course we are available to assist with anything that you may require during your stay but we will at all times respect your privacy. It is a quiet rural farming environment. We have only got 2.5 acres of paradise compared to our neighbours who own hundreds of hectares for farming 😂 When leaving our driveway turn left to go to Raglan and right to go everywhere else. Turn right to get to the Te Uku Raglan Roast coffee shop who make the best coffee in town. 8 kms to Raglan Township and a bit passed the township are the famous surf beaches Manu Bay and Whale Bay. Hamilton is only a 30-40 minute drive away. Please leave keys inside on departure and don’t worry about making the bed The laundromat is situated in Raglan Township (turn left onto Wainui Road opposite the Hotel) and laundromat 20 metres on left. Please note that we are not on town supply and would appreciate your assistance in being reasonably conservative with water use during excessively dry conditions over summer. We do not have a full oven as such. We do however have a 12 litre convection oven (bench top oven) a slow cooker and an electric frying pan.
