Private loft

This consists of the entire loft space including 2 Bedrooms with wash facilities plus a shower room and separate toilet, there is a private entrance and also if required the use of a TV lounge and eating facilities in a private conservatory. There is a Sizzles pub very close by that serves very inexpensive but great food till 9.30 pm we are a 10 minute walk to the local railway station which will take you to Liverpool city centre in 20 mins £3.40 return. We are 5 mins from Liverpool Airport. There is a private entrance to the side of the house with direct access to the loft We Are available for any unlikely problems that you may have during your stay and will ensure that they are addressed to your satisfaction. we cannot be held responsible if you do not inform myself or airbnb during the course of your stay. The area is very quite suburb with a local pub very close by that does excellent and inexpensive food there is a local train station less than 10 minutes walk that will take you to the heart of Liverpool in approx. 20 minutes or onward to the seaside town of Southport
