L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico di Bra , a pochi passi dal Comune e da "Palazzo Traversa " , storico palazzo del 14° secolo The apartment is located in the historic center of Bra, a short walk from the Town Hall and at the historic 14th-century " Traversa Palace " Mansarda indipendente di circa 50 mq Open space con area living , zona notte , cucina vivibile.. Un bagno spazioso , con una comoda vasca da bagno ( non c'è la doccia ) Nell'area living c'è un divano letto per un totale di 4 ospiti. Completamente ristrutturato nell' Agosto 2017 , tutti gli arredi sono nuovi. Independent attic of about 50 sqm. Open spaces with living area, sleeping area, kitchen.. A spacious bathroom with a comfortable bathtub (no shower) In the living area there is a sofa bed for a total of 4 guests. Completely renovated in August 2017, all furnishings are new. L'appartamento è privato , indipendente ed a disposizione degli ospiti. The apartment is private, independent and available to guests. Ora del check-out entro le: 10:00 - E' vietato invitare in casa persone estranee e/o non registrate. - All'interno dell'appartamento è possibile trasformare il divano in un letto matrimoniale francese. Se si è in 2 e di desidera dormire separatamente, si prega di avvisare in anticipo durante il processo di prenotazione. Altrimenti sarà implicito che gli ospiti dormiranno del letto matrimoniale visibile nelle fotografie. Il divano sarà preparato con un pagamento extra di 20 €, aggiunte all'importo del soggiorno durante la richiesta di prenotazione. - L'host non effettua pulizie durante il soggiorno degli ospiti. - Per soggiorni prolungati ( oltre la settimana ) all'ospite verrà fornito tutto il necessario per effettuare le pulizie dell'appartamento e una volta a settimana verrà fornita all'ospite la biancheria ( set lenzuola e set si asciugamani da bagno ) per provvedere al cambio. - L'host si riserva il diritto di visionare l'appartamento previa comunicazione , e comunque durante il check-out. * REGOLE DELLA CASA * Vietato fumare Vietato organizzare feste/ eventi Quando lasci l'appartamento: * IMPORTANTE * - Chiudere tutti i Velux ( finestre ) !!! - Spegnere le luci - Spegnere il condizionatore *ENGLISH Flexible check-in times and to agree a few days before arrival. ***IMPORTANT*** For Italian laws, check in: - Every guest must provide a valid identity card ( identity card / passport) - Every guest will have to pay the local tax of 1,50 € night per person Free parking, but subject to availability There are no blackout curtains Not safe or adapt for babies ( younger than 2 year) There are tables with glass shelves - There isn't baby bed and highchair neither. Check-out within: 10:00 - It is forbidden to invite stragers and/or unregistered persons into the house. - Inside the apartment it is possible to turn the sofa into a french double bed. If you want to sleep separately please notify this request in advance during the booking process. Otherwise it will be understood that the guests will sleep in the double bed shown in the photographs. The sofa will be prepared with an extra payment of 20€, added during your booking request. - The host does not do any cleaning during the guests' stay For longer stays (over a week) the guest will be provided with the all necessary to clean the apartment.
