Strategical situated only 15 minutes away from the stunning historical town of Siena, our lovely Apartment offers the guests the ideal place to recharge and rest The spacious apartment is on the first floor of the farm house Belvedere and is part of Agriturismo Andreini estate It offer 1 double room with en suite bathroom , 1 twin room ( which can be turned into double if necessary) 1 further bathrooms with use of shower and a double room with a bathroom A large kitchen with all the facilities , a relaxing living room with fireplace , a charming balcony where guests can enjoy a lovely glass of Rosso. All bedrooms have wardrobe, a chest of drawers , bedside cabinet , socket by the beds, mosquito nets at all windows, toiletries in the bathroom, towels and bed linen Laundry room in the ground floor There is a large parking area and a beautiful landscaped garden with 360 view where guests can relax after a long day out and children can play freely. Table , chairs and a BBQ area is provided. This accommodation is the perfect sizer a family up to 4 people or a group of friends My self or my co host/sister will welcome the guests on day of arrival and show them the appartamento ( unless self check in has been arranged) We will also explain what is around and give any information that might help to make our guests holiday perfect. The property is located in the countryside near the city of Siena , a short drive from the city center, in a typical hilly area from which guests can enjoy spectacular views and relax The sleepy village of Ville di Corsano is 1 km away and offers everyday commodities like a bakery , a grocery store, a post office, cash machine a chemist and a delicious and well renowned Osteria. Golf course La Bagnaia is only 6km drive away Thermal Hot Springs only 30 minutes drive away.( Petriolo and Antica Querciolaia) Wine tasting visit to Castello Banfi and Tenuta Campriano can be organised In the autumn season truffle hunting and visits to a traditional olive oil press can organised Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni are a short drive from the property . Those who love and are passionate with Eroica and Strade Bianche the property is right bang on the middle of the circuit . Pisa airport is 140 Km away Roma airport is 250 Km away Florence airport is 90 Km away Siena train station is 20 Km away Parking area for up to 8 cars Bus to Siena from the village 4 time daily We have a small on site family run ristorante ....( open only to our guests) If guests wish to have a break from cooking and washing up ( you are on holiday after all) and would like to try one of our scrummy breakfast or evening meals based on home cooked food using our delicious organic farm produce this can be arrange at a charge Please enquiry when booking as we are not always in the position to offer this service. The daily rental price is based on 2 people using a room.( double or twin) Price might vary if guests wish to use a double room as a single occupancy Please enquiry at moment of booking Note to consider : Some people might say we are in the middle of nowhere, I would say that we are beautifully located in the heart of the Tuscan country side , strategically located to reach all the places of interest that Siena area as to offer. please refrain to score us a low point when asked Location as it is perfectly clear in our description that we are in the countryside and 15 minutes from Siena . Location is something that unfortunately we can t improve .. If you are looking something near the town center , we are perhaps , not suitable to your need after all.
