San Pantaleo - "La Casetta Rossa"

Quiet place with stunning view to the mountains and just a few steps away from the village "piazza". The place to regenerate all senses! Our house is located directy in front of the mountains of San Pantaleo and yet it is just a few minutes walking distance from the village center. The most beautful beaches from the Costa Smealda are just a few kilometers awaý. It is the ideal place to relax and regenerate all senses! The house consists of three floors: -groud floor: bed room, bath room with shower / WC, living room with access to the private garden where there is a sunbed, hammok and a BBQ at disposal for our guests - first floor: entrance and access to the large open space kitchen, day toilet, terrace with dining table and beautiful view to the mountains - second floor: master bed room, bathroom with shower / WC and large terrace The entire house Should I not be here when you arrive, a reliable person will welcome you and show you the house. In any case I am reachable by phone 24 hours a day. Languages spoken, Italian, English, German and French The house is located in a very quiet part of the village, with a superb view on the mountains of San Pantaleo; the perfect location for those who want to go hiking or exlpore them. The beautiful villagge centre is just a few minutes walking distance away. San Pantaleo is a caracteristic village where many international and sardinian artists and craftmen live and work. Their beautiful ateliers are located all around the "Piazza" and in the cute streets surrounding it. During the summer month there are many cultural events, and the typical market held every Thursday attracts many visitors. San Pantaleo offers everything you might need for a relaxing vacation; shops, restaurants/pizzeria, bars and cafes, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, coin laundry. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy not only the Costa Smeralda, but also a bit of authentic Sardinian lifestlyle in a beautiful, relaxing place. A car is necessary to visit the surroundings and the beaches (Rena Bianca or Razza di Junco are just 10 minutes driving away). There are two car parking spaces in front of the house.
