House in the quiet

The house is not available for parties (very loud music, intoxicated people, constant screaming ...), however it is an ideal place to hold gatherings of friends. The garden is great if there are children and it is the ideal place to meet with a calm and relaxed profile. Tell me your plan and I will tell you if it fits in the house. The house is being renovated in stages, so there are some well-stored fixtures and pieces kept in a corner of the plot. Currently it has an 18m2 living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, full kitchen and 1250m2 garden The recording studio part is made up of a 16m2 and 48db isolated recording and rehearsal room, an 18m² control and mixing room and a voice / amp booth, these with 40db of insulation. You can work at night without a problem. * HYGIENE AND COVID19 * We are cleaning the house thoroughly before and after each stay. After cleaning, we apply a 70% alcohol solution to all surfaces and especially to plastics, PVC and steel surfaces. We also do it on the outside. In addition, we use an ozone generator to optimize the cleaning of microorganisms, bacteria and viruses in the environment. All bedding and towels are washed at 60 degrees and, for the moment, we have removed all the items that are expendable. DOMESTIC ANIMALS - Pets are not allowed access to the bedrooms and living room. Exceptionally, after consultation and authorization, they will be able to access the lounge without getting on the sofas. - Please keep the garden clean of poop, as well as the common areas of the street. - Please avoid continuous barking outside at night. The house is in a private and closed urbanization. The house has a vegetable garden in the backyard, depending on the season, it is available to guests and its care is carried out by a gardener. The pool is closed from September 15 to May 25 (delayed opening of the pool until June 15, 2020) I live in a neighboring house so I am available almost instantly if you need anything.. The period of "silence" outside is from 23:00 to 9:30. Remember that parties are NOT allowed (loud music, drunk people, constant screaming ...) The use of narcotic substances in the house is prohibited. The case of breach of these rules will involve the expulsion of the house and resolution of the rent. The urbanization where the house is located is very quiet. It is located in the middle of a pasture in the Madrid mountains and we share space with squirrels and lots of birds. This urbanization is fundamentally residential. the RENFE (train) and bus station (Madrid 30 min.) is only 3 kilometers away. The community of owners of the urbanization asks me to remind you that, throughout the year, but especially in spring and summer, it is important to respect and maintain good practices of coexistence with neighbors and respect the nightly silence schedule.
