Comfortable room near downtown

A comfortable room in a two rooms flat. This flat is located in Zellerau, just some minuts away from the city center, the main bridge and the castle. A very comfortable place to stay for some days or a longer period. Please note that another guest or myself can be in the other room of the appartment. This means, the bathroom and kitchen will be shared. The price ist just for one room. This room has a bed for two persons and it has all important furniture as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The appartment is situated 10 min. by walk from the city center. Supermarkts and parks are nearby, the tram stop is 1 min. away. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. You can call me, send me a message via (Hidden by Airbnb) or an email. Normally i answer between some minuts. In case you can't reach me with a message, you can call me. The neighbours are quite and friendly, most of them are families or older people. I always felt comfortable living in the appartment. The best way to reach the appartment from the main train station is using the Tram or walking, it takes around (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) using the tram and half an hour by walking. You can take the tram Nr. 2 or 4 until Wörthstraße, from there you just need to walk 3 min. to the appartment. It is important to say that there is another room in this appartment and you will share the kitchen and bathroom with that person. Each room has an own key. If you need my support for anything i will be there between 10 min.
