I'll be happy to host you at my beautiful and peaceful 2 floor house, surrounded by many olive trees and a stunning view over the Garda Lake. The garden is 10.000 mt2, far from the tourists crowd, has an area where i keep 4 sheeps. You'll access the property with your car that you can park next to the house. Once you reach the location, a wooden gate on the main road will show you the way to the house immersed in the absolute relax of nature. The house, facing the charming lake, has 2 bedrooms where you'll wake up in the morning with a stunning view. Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower on the same level, plus an other one you can use as laundry on the ground floor where the kitchen located. Here you can feel free to use all the tools, maybe cooking some dishes using our fresh organic Mediterranean spices you can pick up from our little vegetable garden outdoor. The huge space around the house is assuring you the absolute privacy, specially when you think about getting tanned in the garden in front of the house. This place is not suitable for kids, dogs or people with mobility difficulties since it's disposed on 3 levels accessible only by stairs. The house is located 5 minutes by car to one of the most famous spots on the Garda Lake and it's the perfect choice for anyone who is looking to visit the area avoiding other tourists, traffic, crowd and noises. There are 3 big supermarkets 7 minutes by car and plenty of restaurants nearby. Avoid at all costs rush hours and traffix jams on the only lakeside road SS45Bis. North traffic is worst between 9am to 12am, especially on weekends. South traffic is worse from 4pm to 9pm.
