Quiet room close to center

Quiet and bright room for rent with balcony. The room is located on the hilly Buda side just 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus from the center. Bus stop is 70 meters from the house. The room belongs to a 2 story appartement, the Room + bathroom are upstairs, living room + kitchen downstairs. There is free parking in front of the building. As I personally live with a nice dog and a cat, small friendly dogs are welcomed who don't harm my pets costs: 3 Euros / day. Washing with machine is an extra 3 Euros. Pls note that the check-in time is between 14.00 - 23.00 A guest might be able to check-in/ out outside of the specified time frame for a fee of €5 or HUF 1800, charged upfront via the extra charges.
