Beds & cats (air-conditioned)

Private room in an attic apartment. Whole place is shared with me and my four cats. Dedicated to cat lovers only. The room is air conditioned during summer season. It is located in the very historic center of a town in the Bašty street. Please use Airbnb chat only, thanks. There are four cats in an apartment, pretty shy lady Rosie, fluffy Norwegian forest cats Muf and Morris and black one, Indie, who is really into cuddling. Cats are allowed to walk anywhere within an apartment, but please be extremely careful not to let them leave a place by main door or windows in your room, thanks :) terrace, kitchen, bath room + WC (detached) Bašty street is located on an edge of historic center, where are most tourist attractive places located. Our place is located just 300 m far from Main train station, 400 m far from AN Grand hotel, where RegioJet and Flixbus services terminates. Parking is available infront of hotel Grand, parking house PINKI or DOMINI. There is main transport hub in front of Main train station, historical center is in a walkable distance. (9 paragraphs) 1.) This place is dedicated to cat lovers only. If you are not into cats, please reconsider your reservation as you might struggle to enjoy your staying here. Cats can go everywhere, there is small cat door in a door to your room, so they can visit you all the time. It can be blocked mechanically, but then they just scratch the door, which is more disturbing than their brief visit. Do not allow them to escape through the apartment entrance nor windows. If they manage to escape, do not panic, just grab them and bring back, they are use to be carried. 2.) Book the place only for you and your company, no bookings on behalf of someone else please, the bad experience before. 3.) Do not lose a provided key please, otherwise you will be charged extra 200 € (special lock). You can also lock your room, but it is not necessary. 4.) An area of the entrance and common area of living room are under video surveillance (your room, bathroom and WC of course are not). 5.) Please take your shoes off on the floor with wooden pattern. It is extremely delicate for water and other liquids, if you spill something, wipe it immediately, please. 6.) Smoking is not allowed (electronic cigarettes and IQOS are OK). 7.) Use energies reasonably, please. Low bills mean generally low prices for guests and what is more lower impact to the environment. Do not leave A/C running if you leave for a longer time / if you would like to open a window during heating season for longer time, turn off a heating. 8.) I am transgender person, if you do not feel comfortable with that, please, reconsider your reservation. 9.)
