Entire 3 bedroom home in a seaside town

Newly renovated, 3 bedroom 1 bath home in a seaside town. Located 4-5 blocks from the ocean, across from green space in a quiet neighborhood, we are the perfect spot for a small family or couples getaway. We are near downtown New Waterford, an easy walk to a few amenities and restaurants, including Tim Hortons, for a quick caffeine fix! Dominion beach is within 12 minutes and “the cove” and lighthouse are 7 min away. Sydney is 15 min away, the Cabot trail is 45 min, and Louisbourg is 45 min. Bedrooms are set up with 1 queen, and 2 singles in the two upstairs rooms. There is a little reading nook and makeup area as well. The bathroom is upstairs and has a bathtub and shower. Please crack the window when you shower to allow for some air flow. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dining, living, and final bedroom with two single beds. Bedding and some toiletries are supplied, as well as laundry facilities. We are new to this so please bear with us as we learn the ins and outs of providing you with a wonderful stay. Feedback would be great, and we look forward to hosting you and making your stay comfortable and relaxing. Wifi is available on the property and parking is in the back on the driveway. There is a KFC and Tim Hortons just down the road and Our little town boasts two great pizza locations a few minutes drive down the Main Street. Sobeys is 5 minutes away as well if you are looking to do your own cooking. If bringing a pet, please let us know, as there is an extra 25$ cleaning charge.
