The space is on the top floor of a great private mews home. You will have a double bedroom, own bathroom with bath and shower and a private sitting room. TV and Broadband available. You are very welcome to share the kitchen and garden whilst you stay. Grappenhall is a quiet leafy suburb of Warrington, Cheshire, we have easy and quick access to the Motorway network (M6 and M56 and M62 10 mins) Manchester Airport and Liverpool Airport 25 minutes. Warrington Bank Quay Station 10 minutes. During this time of restricted travel, my home is virus free ! Super clean, without losing humanity you will be welcome to stay. Very quiet suburb, lots of trees and well maintained. Lovely country walks within in minutes. Relaxed 20 minute walk into Stockton Heath along the canal. The cobbled streets of old grappenhall with 2 great pubs is 15 minutes walk. Local shops and restaurants, plus take awys a 2 minute walk. Private parking outside the house. the bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Easy access to Warrington Bank Quay railway station and Warrington Central station. M6, M56 and M62 10 minutes drive.
