Cosy and peaceful garden unit for two.

The accommodation is a separate unit joined to a 2 story house, we as the host will be living next door. It is very private and the rear backs to a park. The unit is near new and situated well away from any main road or traffic so the main advantage is it is so quiet especially in the evening and early morning. Most of any noise comes from the birds as there are many in the park just over the back fence, makes for a good early morning walk if you are the energetic type. It is well insulated with the separation fire wall well soundproofed. All windows and doors have insect screens fitted. The air conditioning is reverse cycle which can provide plenty warmth during Sydney cold snaps, June July and August. Also the queen size bed has an electric blanket fitted during the cold months. Please also note the space does not have a clothes dryer. We can provide use of a dryer strictly during wet weather only if required. We have a large clothes line you are most welcome to use. We provide a weekly bed linen service for guests staying more than 6 nights with floor vacuum at a convenient time for guests. Street parking is free, easy and safe. Always park directly out the front of the property on our side if possible. I will always try to save space for your vehicle. The apartment has its own private entrance with outside security gate. You are very welcome to text me any time if you require anything I will try my best to accommodate. You may see Lilli or myself in the back garden watering late in the day, we will respect your privacy. We will provide a bed linen service with floor vacuum for guests staying longer than 6 nights at a convenient time. Please turn on notifications for easy communication. Very central to major shopping centres and railway stations, also Macquarie University. Close by suburb of Eastwood is an excellent choice for authentic Asian cuisine with many restaurants and bars. Top Ryde shopping centre is another good location to eat out, located on the corner of Devlin and Blaxland road. Only 5 minutes walk to closest coffee and breakfast cafe open 7 days. There are plenty of buses to use to travel short distance to shopping centres and railway station, Macquarie University, easy access to Chatswood and the City. If you’re feeling energetic you can walk the Shrimptons Creek bicycle path directly to Macquarie University, Shopping centre and railway station, 30 minutes walk. Meadowbank wharf, Bowden street you can travel to Darling Harbour and Circular quay via the Parramatta RiverCat, makes a pleasant ride with many Sydney views, check online for timetable, you can use opal card for fares. The suburb of Eastwood is also on the railway line which can take you directly to Central via Strathfield. There are 2 outdoor chairs close to the front door for guest use. I can provide shade umbrella just message me. There is natural shade during the late afternoon.
