Private bedroom #3 - Two blocks from Metra station

The bedroom features: Single bed good lightning,desk power outlets, wi-fi with high speed (50 Mbps). You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, and the ambiance. My house is perfect for students, solo adventurers, business travelers - also very suitable for medical students as we're close to many hospitals. This specific bedroom is located at the upper level. If room #3 doesn't fit your needs, please feel free to check my other other rooms' listings! There's a bathroom on the first flor (which might be used by other guests), and a living room with TV in the first flor TV room. The kitchen is very spacious and will be available for you to store some groceries in the refrigerator, as well as preparing, warming up and eating simple or ready-made food. We kindly ask that you don't cook any complex meals that take a lot time, as well as occupying the space for other activities besides eating, since the kitchen is shared between any possible guests and house members. My husband and I will be available if the guests need any help or information, but we also give them space and privacy in our house. We live in a quiet and nice residential neighborhood, which is Hanover Park. Our place is two blocks from the Metra train station, which will take you to downtown Chicago. We're also one block from the bus stop, restaurants (Starbucks and Subway) and four blocks from the grocery store and the Hanover Park District (which features a big green area, and it's excellent for outdoor activities)! For the safety of the guests themselves and also the residents of the house, only registered and approved guests can be on the property. The guest is not allowed to bring a visitor unless they have previously discussed with the host. 4
