Come and enjoy the tranquility - North-East facing, perfect spot to watch the sunrise over water - watching moon rise in full moon days with magic golden lights on the Lake. - Perfect spot for water sports, bring a small boat, jet ski, canoe, SUP, sailboard or kayak - Extensive flat lawn in the backyard, ideal for outdoor yoga, gentle ball games, drop in a line or just relax with a glass of your favourite wine. - Lakeside stroll to Toronto CBD, with Coles, Aldi, cafes, restaurants, clubs, boutique shops and banks. There are also parks and a playground for the children to enjoy. Alternatively it's only a short drive to the local heated swimming pool. - 50km to Hunter Valley Vineyards and Garden - 28kms to Newcastle City which has great beaches including Nobbys, Newcastle, Bar and Merewether. There are also some beautiful ocean baths at Newcastle and Merewether Beaches. - Ride your bicycle to Toronto then join the shared path to Fassifern. Or take a short drive to Marmong Point and ride around the waterfront to Eleebana if you like. Of course the other options are running or walking in these places too. - Its a short drive to Speers Point where there is an Olympic Pool as well as great shady places for a picnic. Or take your kids to the playground and nearby cafe there. - At Warners Bay there is ten pin bowling, ice skating and Play Ground Park. Carey Bay is a relaxed and down to earth neighbourhood. It's quiet and peaceful just how we like it. Best with cars and bikes, bus stops are within 5 minutes walk but come infrequently.
