La Pullarella

Our home offers great views from the two balconies over the Lake of Nemi and the sea. The house has been completely refurbished, has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. It is our 2nd home so you can find all necessities. La Pullarella is the name of one of the areas of Nemi. It has a picturesque city center and its tower is dating back to the year 900. The surroundings invite to do walking, bicycling, swimming, wining and dining. It is situated 30 km South of Rome. The space is unique because we left on view the bottom parts of the original walls. It also has a door from the origins of the house (registered since 1934). But what made us love this place are the beautiful views from the two terraces and the silence of the area. You are free to use all spaces belonging to the apartment: kitchen, living room, bedroom, upper bathroom, upper balcony, downer balcony, downer shower. We live in Sweden and have our apartment in Nemi as our second home. We have family and friends living in the surroundings and if needed we can contact them. You can always call us for anything you need.
