Separate studio with ocean views & own entry

In Bunbury, a fully contained, seperate from the main house, tiny home style studio with ocean views from your bed. Air con with comfy queen size bed with quality linen and towels. Small toilet and shower and kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and basic utensils. Cosy yet Comfortable! This tiny home is placed next to the main house but gives you your own space! You have your own access through the carport and can come and go at your own leisure. With high ceilings and skylight you will feel right at home overlooking spectacular ocean views on this elevated property. We pride ourselves on a clean and welcoming space where one can relax and enjoy the world. We are happy to provide a small basket of goods for a basic breakfast the night before, so you can wake up and enjoy breakfast before you need to rush off anywhere. Enjoy fish and chips of an evening from your own patio or read a book in one of our deck chairs, just don't miss a stunning sunset. The kitchenette has the basics to reheat food with a microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses and a small fridge. As the space is small we don't have cooking appliances in the studio. The property is about 200 metres away from the beach and a quick stroll to enjoy a swim. A quick 5 minute drive to the city centre, cafes, restaurants and the Dolphin Centre. The swim/spa is available in summer though it is not exclusive use. A tranquil and cute little getaway!!! Laundy facilities are located in the main house, feel free to ask if you need washing done if staying for a lengthy period. There is a swim spa out the back that is available for use in summer. It is located in front of the main house so isn't exclusive use or totally private but is an enjoyable place to have a dip and appreciate the views. Private access through the carport will take you to your accommodation. Parking is available on the verge in front of the letterbox. As this is your private place during your stay interaction with us is entirely at your discretion. The rear yard is shared with us and our 2 small dogs so you may occassionally see us. You are welcome into the main house when we are home should you have any questions or require any help. We live in a private cul-de-sac about 200 metres from the beach in a very nice part of Bunbury. The property is secure and elevated to take advantage of the ocean views. We are a 5 minute drive from town. Quiet neighbourhood in a good area. A car is the best way to get around the south west and to visit the many varied and natural beauties of the region. There is a bus stop around the corner should you require public transport. We do have 2 small dogs who are our family. They are friendly and will say hello. We also have a cat who may visit you.
