Hello, Welcome to my listing. I have a single level home with a basement suite. Off street parking in the back, with a fully fenced in yard. When you come in, the back door leads straight into the basement. The stairs are kind of steep. Also note, there are other animals in my house: a very friendly dog, cats and a parakeet my cat brought home. The suite in painted in hues of blue with a chill vibe for quite and relaxation. You have a sitting area, private bathroom with shower and a queen bed that is very comfy according to my mom. You will have access to the basement space and the backyard.
