Relaxing Private Bedroom near Hospital and UD

Our guest bedroom is perfect for a quick trip or extended stay. We welcome students, professors, or business travelers who are in need of long term accommodations. Our home is very quiet and cozy. You will have full access to both living areas, kitchen, private bathroom, laundry room, and deck. We are in very close proximity to the hospital, university, downtown Wilmington, state parks, and tax-free shopping. Very comfortable and relaxing guest bedroom with queen sized bed. You will have a private closet and 3 drawer dresser. This bedroom overlooks our backyard area that is very quiet and peaceful. Your private bathroom is located just across the hall. We can provide all of your bathroom essentials (towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner). Please feel free to make your self comfortable in any of our living spaces. Both TV's are equipped with either Apple TV or Roku. We have a small desk in our living room that you are welcome to use. We will provide Wifi information upon arrival. Our kitchen and everything in it (pots, pan, dishes, utensils, appliances) are available to you. Our deck area is very nice for an evening cocktail or relaxation time. Please send us a message if your group is larger than 3 people as we may be able to accommodate for a quick stay. We love to meet new guests and are available for anything you may need during your stay. Our neighborhood is fairly quiet and very well kept. We have 4 guest parking spots located across from our house. Just outside of our neighborhood entrance is the DART bus stop which provides transportation to just about everywhere in the county including the hospital and university. We are in very close proximity to the following areas: I-95: 1/2 mile SEPTA station (transportation into Philadelphia): 3 miles Christiana Hospital: 3 miles Christiana Mall: 3.5 miles University of Delaware: 5.5 miles Downtown Wilmington: 11 miles If you can make time during your stay, we highly recommend taking a day trip to the Delaware beaches. We may be a bit biased, but they are some of the nicest beaches we have ever been to. Delaware has also made quite a name for itself in the brewery world, Dogfish Head being the most well known. We are about 1 hour from the Dogfish Head Brewery and would love to give you recommendations of other breweries to check out as well.
