A lovely modern home with 2 large bedrooms, and a dedicated bathroom for the use of you and your travelling companion only. Located in a quiet residential area with easy access to both airport C.B.D. (15 - 20 minutes) via the main arterial north/south highway. Access to Pegasus Bay beach, 22 kms of walking/cycling tracks and a world class golf course are all within a few minutes. Kaikoura, Hanmer, Akaroa and Arthurs Pass are all nice day trips as is Mt Hutt for those wishing to ski. You are welcome to spend time in the open plan living area. Pop the kettle on for tea or coffee in the kitchen. Choose to eat your complimentary continental breakfast at either the kitchen countertop or at the dining table. Should you want to reheat meals at any other time, the microwave is available. Please feel free to share our indoor as well as outdoor living space as appropriate This property is in a very quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of several restaurants and bars and within an easy drive to both Kaiapoi, Rangiora and Woodend. Please note that choosing guest numbers of 1 or 2 will only allow for one bedroom's use. Should you be a party of 2, desiring a room each then to reserve both rooms please book for 3. This is will trigger access for both.
