This apartment is super cute, and conveniently located in St. Albans, WV. It's on the city bus route and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. This is an almost 100 year old duplex, so the floor plan of this unit is a little quirky, in that you have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (see photos). It also has an accordion style door that separates the master bedroom from the living room. It’s a super comfy place, but privacy is limited. Super cozy 2 bedroom apartment with all new furnishings and updates. Upstairs unit, with stairs on the outside. Smart TV in living room, TV with DVD player in master bedroom. There is no cable service included, but guests can easily access their YouTube, Netflix, Amazon accounts through Smart TV and WiFi. Desk/workspace in living room. Washer and dryer included. Comfortable, covered outdoor deck space with seating. Available by phone and text at all times. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Also on the city bus line. Not the fanciest part of town, but definitely safe and on a nice corner lot. Basketball court right across the street. On-street parking available, directly in front of apartment. This is an upstairs apartment, so there are stairs to climb, which are located outside. Additionally, the maximum occupancy of this apartment is 3. Any guests over 3 will result in a $100 per person charge.
