We have a basketball court and tennis court , two swimming pools, workout facility and fishing ponds! Upstairs guest bedroom adjacent to the guest bathroom and media area. Access through garage/garage code will be given at booking I small subdivision with a tennis court, two large pools, workout facility, basketball court and two fishing ponds. Dart park and ride is in Plano, about 15 minutes away from address. Uber and Lyft also service our neighborhood. Guest bedroom and bath are upstairs so please make sure you can walk a flight of stairs. We do have one dog and one cat so please make note of this if you have pet allergies.
