Nestling in the centre of the picturesque village of Ticknall, this former Estate workers cottage has been upgraded to retain original beams, open fires & inglenook fireplace. Centrally located in the village with village shop/tearoom across the road & two traditional pubs with varying menus & cask ales. Close to the entrance of Calke Abbey, its parkland & National Forest, a superb location for walking or cycling & local places of interest I meet all guests on arival, explain ab out the cottage & local area. Places if interest, walks & places to eat & drink. I live just around the corner from Incy Wincy Cottage, so I'm on hand should any help be required
