The Mango Room at Liberty Manor

Enjoy a restful night's sleep in your spacious light-filled room in a queen-sized bed. Later, relax on the patio surrounded by inviting gardens or enjoy dining outside under the pergola surrounded by grapevines. Johannes is an experienced, sought-after massage therapist and his studio is onsite. You can enjoy your massage and then retire to your room after a nice Epsom salt bath! It is a delicious, light-filled, spacious room with a new queen-size bed, a chair, and a desk for writing and computer work. There is also a closet, dresser, and mini-fridge for your convenience. This room has good access to WIFI and there is PLENTY of room for yoga! You can usually find a yoga mat in the room or just ask for one. Guests in the Mango Room share a bathroom with our other AirBnB guestroom. Please note that all guests are required to have been vaccinated in order to stay in our home. In these COVID times, we ask that guests staying for short stays limit their use of the common areas of the house. All guests are requested to use masks in the house until they've stayed for two weeks and are clear of COVID. Please note that common areas are open to all guests, with some discretion. Guests are welcome to the use of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. We have three outdoor sitting areas, the front porch, the side patio, and the patio in the back of the house, where you can sit and read and relax. We are happy to socialize but are also respectful if you want privacy. We can be reached by phone or text if needed. Our neighborhood is a sweet residential part of Montpelier, within easy walking distance to the library, movie theaters, and several restaurants and coffee shops. Our streets are safe to stroll at all hours and there is a great municipal park where there is good hiking. We are lucky to be a short walk to The Vermont College of Fine Arts, Kellogg Hubbard Library, the Historical Museum, and the State House! There is very limited public transportation, most of town can be reached by foot or bike. Guests can also make use of Green Cab and Green Mountain Transit. Guests can park in one of the two parking spaces in the front of our house, closest to the mudroom door, the one with a heart on it. If our RV is in the driveway, please park on the street. It is completely safe to do so. Please note there is a $20 fee for additional guests.
