Large 2 bedroomed apartment with a modern, open plan living/kitchen/dining space, with smart TV and WiFi. The whole flat has been newly refurbished to a high standard. 1 double bedroom and bedroom 2 has twin beds and a fold down double sofa bed. We also have a travel cot available on request. Situated in the heart of Stonehaven within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks and 5 mins from the beautiful beach and harbour. Plenty of on street parking. The whole apartment has just been completely renovated and we have loved being able to really think about what our guests might need. We have chosen to open up the space we had and make a large open plan living space, perfect for sharing good times with friends and family. Our newly fitted kitchen comes with everything you need for a stay including a washer/dryer so you can keep on top of things! I will be available throughout your stay and before hand, should you need any assistance. The flat is right in the heart of Stonehaven, which is a lovely little town situated 15 miles South of Aberdeen. Stonehaven is right on the coast so you will be very close to the beach. The town square is at the heart of Stonehaven and has a number of shops, restaurants, pubs, takeaways and delis. Within easy reach is the gorgeous harbour which has great bars and restaurants. The flat is also close to a number of parks and one of the UKs only heated outdoor swimming pools (I've swum in the rain and it is still lovely and warm!) Close by is the stunning Dunnottar Castle and War Memorial all within easy walking distance of the apartment. A short drive south along the coast lie the golden sands of St Cyrus Nature Reserve which make for a great day out with a picnic. The flat is right in the heart of Stonehaven and the aprtment is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 2 mins from the town square, shops and pubs/restaurants. Also within easy walking distance (10 mins) is the delightful harbour and beach. There are regular buses from the town square into Aberdeen which is the nearest city, the journey takes about 20-25 mins. Stonehaven is also on the East Coast Mainline railway and the station is a 10 min walk from the flat. From Stonehaven train station you can travel South towards Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow and North towards Aberdeen and Inverness. Stonehaven is also within driving distance of Royal Deeside and the Highlands.
