Modern room with huge bathroom for city trip

We offer a room of approx. 14 sqm and the corresponding 9 sqm bathroom (private use) with a double bed, a table and two chairs and a wardrobe with integrated refrigerator. The room has everything you need for a trip to Munich. You can also make coffee and tea in the room at any time. As a special feature you will find a complimentary original Munich beer in the refrigerator for each guest. You will live in the middle of a typical quiet neighborhood of Munich. We want to introduce ourselves briefly: We are Amanda and Christian and we are dignified citizens of Munich, even Aubinger (that's the name of our neighborhood. Since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) we have been renting our 1st floor to guests from all over the world. We are married since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and we live since (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) in our new house with our cats, Richard and Viktoria. Don't be surprised, we lock the living room during the day, because we want to prevent our cats from taking an unplanned walk through the front door of the house. We live in a cosy middle house in the west of Munich. Our house was completed at the end of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) So everything is very new and also modern furnished. Since we do not use the first floor of the house at the moment, it is exclusively at your use during your stay. This includes a large bedroom/living room with balcony and the largest bathroom of the house with shower and bathtub. We ourselves live on the ground floor and sleep on the second floor. The access to the ground floor with kitchen is unfortunately not possible because our two cats are living there. In the room there is a comfortable double bed, which is equipped with fresh bed linen. Furthermore you have a table with two chairs, a cupboard to hang up your clothes and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which is the largest in the house, has a double sink, a large shower with rainforest showerhead and a bathtub, which you are welcome to use for a relaxing bath. You also have exclusive access to a balcony, where you can enjoy the sun on comfortable balcony furniture when the weather is fine. If you are a smoker, an ashtray is also available there. On arrival each of you will get a complimentary fresh, cool original Munich. This beer is waiting for you in the fridge, which you can also use to store other food and drinks. You will also find a kettle with a large selection of teas and a Nespresso machine with capsules in your room. If you need anything else, you can always contact us. On the first floor you have access to your room, the corresponding balcony and the bathroom. We are working during the day on weekdays. On arrival you will receive a personal numerical code with which you can enter the house at any time. We ourselves can be reached by phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) at any time during our stay if we are not at home. We live in a quiet neighborhood with many houses and a good transport connection to the city or the nearest shops. The fastest way to get to the city centre is to take the S-Bahn from Leienfelsstraße. From there, you can reach Stachus, Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in about 20 minutes. If you want to do some shopping, you can take the bus number 157 (on weekdays) to Pasing directly in front of our house. This bus will take you to Westkreuz Bahnhof, where you will find a shopping centre for groceries, with everything your heart desires. For shopping you should go to the Pasing Arcaden in Pasing. This is possible by S-Bahn or bus.
