Comfortable Summer House with Big Garden

This beautiful summer house is close to the airport and public transport. It is ideal for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). It is a well maintained family vacation house. There is a beautiful big garden in the house of about 400 sq. meters. There is also a porch with a dinning table where you may enjoy your breakfast in the garden if you wish. The interior of the house consists of the dinning area, the living room that contains two sofas and a brand new TV, the kids' bedroom that contains 3 single beds and a drawer, the kitchen with all the essentials, a large bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a bathroom. Guests have access to the entire house and garden. There is a private entrance and parking space. I'm available by phone, email or messaging. Our housekeeper will meet you to exchange keys when you arrive and show you around. The house is located in the village of Moudros, which is a 10 minutes car ride from the airport. There are several sandy beaches close to the village, the beach of Mikro Fanaraki, Megalo Fanaraki and the Havouli Beach, all within 10 minutes by car. There is also the beach of Aghios Paulos, only 15 minutes walk from the house. Moudros is one of the largest villages in Limnos. A short walk from the house (5 minutes or less) you will find the local market with several grocery stores, fish and meat market, bakery, pharmacy and everything else you might need. There are also several restaurants and a cafe-bar located in Moudros bay (also 5 minutes walk from the house), where you can eat while enjoying the sea view. The house itself is situated across from the village's biggest church, the "Euaggelistria". Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming people, mostly families with children. Public transportation in the island of Limnos is contucted by buses (KTEL), that pass through all the villages, once a day. Therefore is not very practical to use. Nevertheless, the bus stop is located 3 minutes walk from the house. Otherwise, the best option for transportation is to rent a car. A private parking spot is available in the house. A bicycle is available, also.
