Our space is a 2BR w/ 1 bath that can accommodate 4 guests. - Master’s BR has premium mattress for a luxurious sleep and a ceiling fan for a needed breeze. - BR 2 has a light than can be used as bluetooth speaker. (iLamp) - Heater is available in every access water. - Drinking water is provided. - Kitchen tools & utensils are available. - Flatscreen TV in the Master’s for “binge-watchers”. - For neat-freaks like me (who cleans everyday 🤪) cleaning stuff are available under the CR’s sink. Oakhill is among the 3-building mid-rise condo of Bristle Ridge Residences built atop a ridge hence the name. Our space (Oakhill 207) is located at the second floor only and also a few steps from the elevator. - Gym is open 24/7 with a minimal fee, pls. ask the front desk for details. - A dining cafe is in the process to serve meals & drinks for guests. Bristle Ridge Residences is close to some of the famous landmarks in the city of pines. -The Mansion- 10 to 15 min. walk/4-5 min by car -Wright Park- 8 min. walk/1 min. by car -The Botanical Garden- 10 min. walk/2 min. by car -Good Shepherd Convent- 18 to 20 min. walk/5 min. by car -Mines View Park- 20 min. walk/5 min. by car By car: -Camp John Hay- 10 minutes - SM Baguio- 9 minutes During peak seasons like Christmas & New Year and the Panagbenga Festival, bring lots of patience. ☺️ -If the place that your going is nearby, I highly suggest you walk. Don’t forget to bring a good & reliable pair of walking shoes. If far like Camp John Hay, go earlier than the rest. -Buy fresh veggies from the market before heading home. -For coffee-drinkers, support local coffee beans. You can buy at Garcia’s (Porta Vaga Mall) I suggest you use the stairs in going up to burn few calories and enjoy the roof deck for a relaxing view and a colder breeze.
