Enjoy the High Weald AONB in a fully furnished Bell Tent. 3 Tents (2 guests in each) with outside seating and firepit. Set apart for privacy and enjoying stunning far reaching views over wildflower meadows, ancient woodland, ponds and vines. 3 Tents share brand new toilet and shower facilities. A public footpath runs close to the site and takes you through the countryside to adjacent villages with places to eat and a water sports centre on the River Rother in picturesque Newenden. One x 4m tent and two x 5m tents each accommodating up to 2 people in a king sized bed. Tents are fully furnished and spread apart for privacy. Each tent has a firepit with utensils including cooking pans, and outside seating area. Free parking on site. Guests can access 2 local villages, both within 2 miles, and their amenities either on foot or in the car. Stone Pit Meadows is a 6 acre wildflower meadow set in the larger 45 acre farm which is mainly laid to vines. Guests staying in the bell tents have near total privacy and stunning views over meadows, ponds, ancient woodland and rolling vineyards. A public footpath running through the site can take you to local villages in 2 directions. There is free parking on site. Guests can take to the footpath and cycle networks running adjacent to the site to get to local villages offering pub food and activities such as various water sports on the River Rother, Cycling and Steam Train tours. We can provide local food hampers for those guests who would like to cook on their firepit and/or eat outside their tent.
