Offering a relaxing, friendly, safe, clean & private stay at a very reasonable price. Listing is for one room within our renovated house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which includes a separate living area downstairs, so privacy and ability to relax in peace is assured. :) Special consideration for students on placements or short term rental option! We have 2 separate rooms listed. I really enjoy hosting! So please, read all of the information provided and check out the reviews! :-) You will have access to private guest bathroom. Relax in lounge room in private. Feel free to use our clean kitchen to prepare your meals. Free breakfast is included! Enjoy a variety of cereals, toast and a choice of many spreads. As I have two separate rooms available, occasionally I will have other guests staying. If this is a concern, please check if you will be the only guest during your stay. A frequent comment is that it feels like a home away from home. No, you will not be sharing your room with other guests! :) Discounts available for longer stays than two nights! :) You will have access to private guest bathroom. Relax in lounge room in private. Feel free to make use of the clean kitchen to prepare your meals. I have a dedicated guest fridge Free wifi for web/email/social media. No movie downloads. Laundry, if required can be done by host. We're centrally located 10 minutes away from the city, yet close enough to everything Newcastle has to offer. Our house is very close to an award winning cycle/walk way. The Fernleigh Track, which runs for 15km each way through native forest, (a really cool tunnel) and has lots of awesome things to experience along the way. Relax in the evening with a pleasant walk. Or head off to one of Newcastle's glorious beaches (5 minutes drive). We are only a 7 minute stroll to Westfield Kotara and 5 min drive to Charlestown Square. Short drive to entertainment centre for concerts. Close to the football stadium. Why not head to one of Newcastle's vantage points to catch a glimpse of the whales as they Migrate North or South, depending on the time of year! There are plenty of buses close by. Plenty of parking for your car. Some great apps are avail for those wishing to get around on public transport network. I have happily picked people up from train station before, so just ask and see if I can help! :-) I am offering an affordable, clean and pleasant place to stay, for happy, respectful and polite people. For our safety, we do have a security camera, external front of house. Definitely nothing inside! :) As I sometimes have my daughter staying with me, I am limited sometimes as to whom I can host. :) Please understand you are requesting a booking.
