Mouhet Chambres 5 minutes from Sortie 21 / A20

We have two twin bedrooms upstairs, one with french TV. The bathroom is occasionally shared if both rooms are booked, and there is a double room with private bathroom, small kitchen and lounge, with French and English TV, and private bathroom, downstairs. This self-contained space can be rented out separately from the two upstairs rooms, as it has it's own entrance. We are a small B&B and plant nursery, set in five acres of countryside, ideal for nature lovers and walkers. The B&B has been renovated by the whole family, and is the end part of our large barn. At the end of our property was a lean-to, which we have made into a small "grandad" flat for my dad, who is 93 and works in his small workshop outside. (You may notice some of his wooden ornaments around the place, plane, windmill, boat and planters.) We have a seating area outside, with BBQ available. Our B&B is not 5*, but it is warm and comfortable. We live in a separate house next door, so you stay private, but we are always on hand to advise. Mouhet is 15 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants. Our B&B is set in our 5 acres of land, part of which is our small plant nursery, which our guests are more than welcome to look around. As well as our outdoor seating areas, we also have a lovely country walk behind our property, ideal for a stretch, and to contemplate nature. Howard and I (Lynne) live in a separate house next door, and we are always on hand to advise. Whilst you are here, you may meet our two sons, Daniel and Dean, or my 93 year old dad, Doug. We are situated on the outskirts of Mouhet, a small hamlet, in peaceful, pretty countryside, 5 minutes from exit 21 of the A20 motorway. There are restaurants about 10 minutes away. We are 5 minutes from a football pitch, and small children's playground which has an outdoor table tennis table. An English speaking doctor and a small supermarket are 10 minutes away. Airport transfers available on request at an additional cost. From Limoges airport, join the A20 and exit at Junction 21 approximately 45 miles later. We have a taxi service right on our doorstep. Continental breakfast is available on request at €6 per person.
