Cosy Farm Cottage - Cottage No 2

Renovated cottage offering 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 7 guests. Log burning stove, wifi and comfortable sofas to relax into. Private patio with woodlands and walks straight from your door. Beaches and mountains are only 5 mins away. This property offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom One offers a king size bed with french doors onto balcony. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and adult size bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and french doors onto decking and patio which is private and has great views of the mountains. The main bathroom offers a bath with a shower over and we have just installed a second toilet and washbasin next to the master bedroom. There is parking for one car next to the cottage with room for other vehicles elsewhere on the farm. There is a small private patio leading from the kitchen for alfresco dining with garden table and chairs. The lounge has comfy sofas, flat screen 42” tv, log burner and WiFi. We also have ponies, hens and many walks leading off the farm to the hills and mountains around and beyond. I am available to talk to guests at anytime as long as they need me I am there! Our farm is perfectly located to be away from the summer traffic that runs through Llanbedr village. We are half a mile away, about 10 mins walk to the village to reach two great pubs and the local shops. The mountains and beaches are only 5 mins away in either direction. The village of Llanbedr has both bus and train services. It is a limited service so please plan your routes before arriving.
