Our home is light, airy, and open, easy to find on a quiet street. It has a large back yard, a nice sitting front porch, and back patio. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Our home has carpeting, and new flooring, walk-in laundry room, complete with iron and ironing board, user friendly kitchen, and our home is totally clean ... every room everywhere throughout the house. Assistance is available 24/7 and maintenance staff is only 10-15 minutes from our home. Our neighborhood is very quiet but it is located 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. However, there are coffee shops, restaurants, and is within 5-10 minutes of Walmart, banks, and Interstate I-20. It is very easy to navigate around Villa Rica. It is a small town/suburb with great atmosphere and has the small town feel, but it has all of the amenities and conveniences that being close to a major city can offer.
