Large Edwardian semi, next to park. Eight minutes walk to bus stops to Nottingham/Derby and 18 minutes walk to tram. On street parking. Double bedroom with study desk , situated next to bathroom. Broadband available. Drawers and hanging space. TV in room Bathroom and toilet . Shower room and toilet. Kitchen and large living room. Sunny garden and private access to park. Will be happy to help when needed, both work office hours. Guests can be as private as they wish. Guests can use the kitchen to prepare food, please ask. Coffee and tea is always available, as well as a light breakfast.. Check in preferably after 7.00 pm, unless pre-arranged as we both work (excluding Sundays and Wednesdays). Small town with good access to Nottingham and Derby and excellent access to the M1 (Junction 25). Some very pleasant coffee bars (we can recommend at least four) and some surprisingly good restaurants within Stapleford and Beeston, indeed two are the best of their kind within a ten mile radius. Close to Attenborough Nature Reserve (about 4 miles), with its abundance of lakes, so excellent for herons and egrets. Half a mile from the picturesque Erewash river and canal. Three miles to Wollaton Park. The house is sitauted in a quiet residential area, next to a park . 20-30 minutes cycle to Nottingham University mostly on a cycle path. Buses run frequently to Nottingham/Derby/Beeston/Long Eaton/Ilkeston. Tram service to Nottingham 18 minutes walk. Close to M1 .
