Peaceful guesthouse of 13th century cottage

A beautiful and peaceful, self-contained guesthouse set within the grounds of our 13th century cottage. The guesthouse is quietly set in a quintessentially English village. The guesthouse is set within easy walking distance of the cosy village pub with its lovely garden, village shop and fantastic country walks. Guests have their own private and peaceful self-contained accommodation with their own entrance. Accommodation comprises studio room with double bed with fresh linen and towels (extra bed can be provided), television with Freeview, WiFi, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a separate kitchen with a table and chairs, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle and separate shower room. Croissants, jam, butter, cereals, tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice will be provided. Guests have their own private and peaceful accommodation with separate entrance. There are plenty of lovely walks surrounding the guesthouse for guests to explore. Guests have their own space but I am on hand for any requests. Lovely village setting within easy walking distance of our traditional English local pub and well stocked village shop with it's own post office. Our house is the oldest house in the village dating back to 1251! There are bus routes to Guildford and neighbouring villages and there is ample parking. We are within easy reach of London (45 miles), Guildford (11 miles), Goodwood (26 miles), Cowdray Park (13 miles), Petworth (12 miles), Dunsfold Aerodrome (2.5 miles), Gatwick Airport (28 miles) and the beautiful Climping Beach (25 miles). We also live within a few miles of some lovely country pubs including The Crown, The Winterton, The Swan and The Mulberry in Chiddingfold, The White Hart in Witley and The Sir Roger Tichborne in Alfold.
