(see description below) You will enjoy a full house to yourself, terraced with the owner's house. Sheets and towels provided. 3 large rooms with queen size beds, hotel quality. One with dressing room, terrace and Norwegian jacuzzi. A second one with private access, shower and toilet. The third one with a double bed, bunk beds for children and a reading-play area for children. Baby cot and available on demand. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob. Large living-dining room with tv and wi-fi. Large parking lot. A large terrace, in the shade of the old covered market of Montesquiou, with garden furniture and dining area. Another south facing terrace with jacuzzi, two sunbeds and parasol. Petanque court, badminton volleyball net, barbecue. Orchard and organic vegetables to visit on request. Property of 15ha, the Ferme du Perron promotes bio-diversity, in these practices and choices. You will be able to walk around the 15ha of forests, and meadows but also visit the orchard, pick fruits in the fruit hedges, listen to the singing of frogs in the distance or even observe the birds, according to the seasons of course:-) When you arrive at the pebble road, go to the end of the road to the four green mailboxes. Take the second lane to the right and you have arrived:-) We are not allowing parties. Presence of pets on site. The use of the jacuzzi by children has to be done under constant surveillance of adults. Gardens are not yet fenced.
