Cozy Waterfront Family Cottage with Hot Tub

A cozy, renovated, clean and beautiful cottage. Recently added an outdoor screened room and hottub! This cottage will tick all the boxes for a family getaway. 3 Bedrooms, linens now available, please inquire and a new kitchen 5 min - LCBO, Foodland, Agnews Store , Gas Station & restaurant. 22 minutes from Haliburton If you love to fish, go off the dock the lake is great! Clean swimming, and around 7 feet deep off the dock. Enjoy the large deck with a big bbq and seating area! When inside enjoy Netflix on our TV, Cable , the DVD player, or video games (Playstation). The rooms are clean and comfortable with ceiling fans. There is a second TV/DVD player in one of the bedrooms. There are a few water toys to enjoy - besides swimming right off the dock. Fishing is great - in our lake, or the several lakes in the near area. We hope you enjoy the experience and all the memories you will make! The property is a little less then an acre. If bringing any type of pet - (Dog) please ensure they stay on the property. We have the ability for the top deck to be closed in. Things to Bring: We provide mattress covers for the mattresses. There is now a linen service available for 30.00 per bed otherwise you will need to bring linens, blanket, pillows and pillow covers for each bed 2 Queens, 1 double and 1 twin -You will also have to provide any dish cloths, and towels (as no laundry facilities) -Your own toiletries, toilet paper shampoo etc. (Please make sure the toilet paper is bio-degradable) Dish soap and paper towels -Cleaning supplies are provided, including a vacuum and mop -Although the water is clean, we suggest you bring your own drinking water. There is a water cooler that can be used - (water cooler bottles can be bought at Foodland) -BBQ is provided with 2 tanks, there is a microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, keurig and coffee maker -All kitchen supplies are provided (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, bowls, mugs bbq utensils etc) -There are some lifejackets, fishing rods and lures, water noodles, kayak, paddle boat provided - Fires - There is a designated fire pit - and a wood stove inside. You will have to provide your own wood - There is currently wood on the property - if you use please replace -If you smoke please do outside, there will be several silver buckets to do use and burn in the fire after
