Studio basement apartment with private, keyless entrance + modern finishes. Centrally located in Davenport, close to major highways. The space includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a sofa (with a pullout double mattress for additional guests), closet space, a washer/dryer for your personal use, a spacious bathroom with shower and storage, and a kitchenette area with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, and an island with butcher block countertop. This modern studio is right in the heart of Davenport, near beautiful Vander Veer Park, close to North Park Mall, and lots of restaurants and convenient coffee shops. This studio doesn’t have any shared interior areas. It’s complete with its own private entrance, private bathroom, and private washer/dryer. We find that most guests prefer minimal or no face-to-face interaction, but we are always available by message though the app or by text! We are centrally located in Davenport- close to St. Ambrose, North Park Mall, Vander Veer Park, and many major thoroughfares. Close to main bus route on Brady St, and Uber is always readily available in the area. **Please let us know if you need the sofa made into a bed.** We are a pretty relaxed + happy family who lives upstairs. We try to be extremely considerate when we are in our kitchen and living room (which is right above the studio apartment). That being said, if you are coming to town for work, and work a 3rd shift (or similar)- just take your time to consider if our space will be a good fit for you, especially knowing that we usually eat and clean up as family during meal hours. Also, if you are planning on staying in the studio for longer periods of time or days at a time without leaving at all, just know you will hear normal walking (and maybe running toddler) noises and sometimes voices of a regular family like us. Children's items listed are available, but not stored in the apartment. Please let us know what you need ahead of time, and we can have it there for your arrival. There is no stove/range, but there are other small appliances to help with your longer stay (microwave, crockpot, toaster oven).
