Rowenna
Rowenna is a very traditional, light and airy self- contained annexe with its own entrance attached to the family home. We supply a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bread, milk, butter, jam and marmalade for our guests. The house has everything you need to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The comfortable sunny lounge faces south overlooking Budock Valley and comes complete with freeview television, DVD player and wifi. The main bathroom is downstairs and comprises of a walk in shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and low level wc. The Breakfast room has a table and chairs, fridgefreezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, and toaster. The bedroom is situated upstairs and has a double bed and a small ensuite bathroom consisting of a low level wc and hand basin. Parking is on a shared drive with us, we have a large garden in which we have placed a bench at the back of the annexe and garden seats at the side of the house which you are more than welcome to use during your stay. We look forward to welcoming our guests to Rowenna, we are only next door if they should require any help or advice to make their stay as relaxing as possible. The historical thriving port of Falmouth is gateway to the beautiful Fal River. Falmouth offers great festivals and events all year round, it has art galleries, exhibitions and lots of independent shops, its a foodie paradise with a wide range of traditional pubs, beachside restaurants. Recently it was named the UK's best town to live in and we love living here and would like to share it with you. Rowenna is located on the outskirts of Falmouth, a mile from Penmere Station and only a mile and a half from the town centre. We have a bus stop just outside our gate which provides an hourly service into Falmouth town centre. It is a ten minute walk to Swanpool Beach, Falmouth Golf Club and the Coastal footpath and a five minute drive to Maenporth, Gyllingvase and Castle beaches. We offer a great home away from home and a perfect central base to explore Falmouth, the beautiful Helford River with Trebah and Glendurgan gardens and the Lizard with its picturesque fishing villages and wonderful coastline including Kynance, Poldhu and Mullion Coves. St Ives, Padstow, the Lost gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are all within an hour’s drive from Falmouth.
