The common area and two bed rooms have big glass windows giving a beautiful view of the valley. There is a private terrace where one can sit and enjoy the weather with the breathtaking view of the valley and mountains. In sunny conditions one can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace having a uniquely warm sunshine with cool breeze. It is a heavenly feeling. The apartment is rented out in its entirety as a one unit to the guests so that they have there privacy. Facilities available are LCD TV, DTV, Books, games, hot running water, heaters in all rooms, washing machine. The guest planing to book the apartment gets to enjoy the whole apartment ,no sharing of rooms are permissible . we have another apartment too if you like too book for a large number of people we can arrange so,you can contact our for bulk booking. The guests have independent access to the apartment. . We have a functional kitchen with Fridge , Microwave , electric kettle, gas,utensils etc. . There are restaurants nearby which offer home delivery. A local cook on payment of approx Rs 400 can also be arranged, a prior notice to this regard is sorted. Caretaker is available on call. Guests are also welcome to call me for any requirement. It is a 3 BHK Attic apartment in Mashobra. Mashobra is at a distance of 12KM from Shimla at an height of 7000 feet. The weather is pleasant and cool throughout the year with winters having snowfall. Market is at a walking distance from the apartment. Ancient mata temple(2KM), Naldhera Golf course(10KM), Tattapani(40KM), Kufri(12KM) and nature trek are nearby. Maid is available for cleaning and dusting the place. Caretaker is available for assistance,he is not a personal servant for the guests. The caretakers/ maid is paid from the hosts side to clean the floor and do dusting , cleaning of utensils is the responsibility of the guests , caretaker / maid will not clean the utensils.if you need to get the cleaning of utensils done please pay accordingly. Arrangement for stay of driver can also be made on payment basis. Charges shall be nominal but the requirement, if any, for such arrangement shall have to be intimated in advance. caretaker is available on call and will be available to bring your stuff from the market. Driver boarding charges are Rs 400 a night.
