Close to Prince Charles Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital, Holy Spirit and UQ Kelvin Grove. PLEASE NOTE: - This is a strictly non-smoking apartment - If you need two bedrooms you must book a minimum of 3 persons. - The apartment accommodates up to four people. No additional persons permitted. - Airbnb will not charge the security deposit if the keys are returned and the apartment is left in a clean, tidy, undamaged condition. THE AREA Chermside is where we are located is located only 10 minutes from the Brisbane City business district and Southbank entertainment area with the GOMA, Queensland Museum, Queensland Art Gallery and with some of Brisbane's most desirable restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, cafes, shops, and boutiques. We are directly across from Queensland’s largest shopping mall featuring over 500 shops and restaurants, and a transit interchange for quick access to the city and surrounding suburbs. We are close to Prince Charles Hospital (700m), Holy Spirit (800m), and Royal Brisbane (6km on direct express bus) Hospitals Chermside is only 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport. We are one hour from the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Noosa area which makes exploring SE Queensland at your doorstep. Spend your vacation in luxury and style at a fantastic value. **As this is a private residential building there is no front desk. If booked as 2 bedroom then also a 2nd bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This is a self catering unit and guests will be responsible for supplies during their stay, and cleaning for long stays. If you would like additional cleaning service arranged please let me know. I greet the guests on arrival and handle the check in and getting settled, including collection of cleaning fee, and wifi/transit/damage/key deposits. I'm available during the stay by phone for any questions or concerns. I then meet the guests on the morning of check out and handle the completion of their stay. **if I'm unavailable I have another very talented Airbnb host help out with checkin/out** Chermside has it all. Location. Minutes to downtown, largest shopping malll in Queensland across the street, public library 200m down the road, and centrally located to 4 major hospitals and university campuses. 150+ shops, cafe, restaurants and cinemas within a short walk. Meters from public transit that can take you into the CBD on direct service in 10minutes. Centrally located to both Sunshine and Gold Coasts within an hours drive. (Train service a short bus ride away). Complete private unit and all resident facilities at the complex including BBQ area, GYM and Pool area. Wifi, transit cards, and mid stay cleans are additional costs. We'll personally greet you and walk you through the complex, unit and rules. Then, we're only a phone call away if you have questions. We'll prearrange a check out time and meet up to get the keys and Airbnb will refund give you the deposit when unit left tidy and undamaged. Lovely family neighbourhood with parks and shopping on the door step. 150m to public library. Right across street from Chermside shopping mall. For business users the apartment offers a short trip to the City (Brisbane CBD is only a 10 minute journey by direct express bus every 10 minutes from the doorstep) Very Close to Prince Charles Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital, Holy Spirit Hospital and UQ Kelvin Grove. From the doorstep it is only a 15 metre walk to public transit that travels all over the city. 10 minutes to the CBD on the bus access on the express bus.. There is one secure underground parking spot. We're 5km off the Gateway which takes you north to the Sunshine coast in 1 hour or south to the Gold Coast in 1 hour.
