This a 1 bedroom/bathroom condo with air conditioning. There is also an air mattress with pump for additional guests. There is a fully functional kitchen, living room with tv and free wifi service in the condo. The unit # 5 has a free WIFI. With complementary bottled water in the fridge, and chocolates and granola bar by the in the table. This property has great mountain views to the east. A mountain lifestyle living away from the chaos of city life. If you are looking to get away from the city for few days, this is the place you are looking for. The place is close to many different lakes. If you are into outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking, boating, hunting and more, this is a guest rental for you. If you are just in to relaxing in the condo or sitting out on your private deck, that's great too. We have picnic tables on the premises for our guests to use. There is a restaurant about 8 miles away for meals if you do not want to use the full kitchen in your condo. I/we would love to greet and meet our customers in a more personal manner upon arrival. Please let me know ahead of your arrival time. This is a neighborhood that includes other condominiums (6 total). The neighborhood is rural with mountain views and has various trees on the property. There are two picnic tables on the property for guests to use. We have a large parking lot with plenty of space for our guests to park right up against the building. Quite place.
